Allows the user to configure or modify port settings

FW Download

Firmware download allows you to update your single or dual controller's
configuration with the most current firmware available. Click on the Firmware
Download tab to reach the firmware download window (see

WARNING: Be sure to backup your data before starting a firmware
downloading process.

The information below describes the Firmware Download window.

Select Firmware to download

Displays the File Name field box, Browse button, and the
Download button.

File Name:

Select the name of the file to be downloaded.

Click on the Browse button to search for the correct file to
download.

Click on the Download button to update your configuration and then
click on the Close button to exit the window (see

NOTE: Allow some time for the download process. When working with a single
controller, please allow approximately 12 minutes for a complete cycle.
A dual controller will need approximately 17 minutes.
