In no case shall the stopping time exceed 10S
after switching off the motor.
No devices for reducing the stopping time less
than 10s shall be applied directly to the saw blade
or the flange.
Compliance is checked by the following test:
When selecting the speed and/or the saw blade,
conditions shall be chosen which create the
greatest kinetic energy for which the machine is
designed.
Warm up the spindle unit for at least 1min by
running the saw under no-load before beginning
the
test.
The time measuring equipment shall have an
accuracy of 0,1 s.
- Unbraked run-down time
Start the motor and run at no-load for I mm.
The unbraked run-down time of the
machine is the average of three
measurements taken
- Braked run-dawn time
Start the motor and run at no-load for I mm.
The braked run-down time of the machine is
the average of ten measurements taken
The measured average
unbraked run-down time is:
7.0s for TS-315D, 7.0s for
TS-315G.

failure, circular saws shall not start automatically.
