Examine the bush inside the nose for signs of

damage or wear. If it is necessary to remove the
bush it can be pressed out from the top of the
housing using a suitable hydraulic press of
approximately 20 tonnes.

Examine the diaphragm

for signs of damage.

Pay particular attention for signs of cracking
around the diaphragm insert. Obtain a new
diaphragm if necessary.
