Should it be necessary to remove the
components of the tool bushing, firstly push in
the spring ring

Grip the spring ring

with a suitable pair of
pincers

and remove. The sliding bush and
other components can now be removed from the
nose (see
item 10
).

Check the spring ring

for damage
and wear. Replace as necessary.See

Examine the diaphragm

for signs of damage.
Pay particular attention for signs of cracking
around the diaphragm insert. Replace as
necessary.
