Verkleben Sie das Bauteil W5 links am Ende des Hauptholms,
wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.
Try to fi t W5 on the indicated locations as the pictures show.
Kleben Sie nun die Hilfsnasenleiste W1 vorne auf die Tragfl ä-
chenrippen auf. Achten Sie darauf, das die Hilfsnasenleiste links
und rechts gerade zum Hauptholm seht.
Try to fi t W1 onto the ribs combination. Place 1 meter long
straight rule in front of the leading edge. Drop some instant glue
to secure W1 in place.
Richten Sie die Tragfächenrippen an W4R aus und drücken Sie
in die vorgesehenen Aussparungen. Kleben Sie nun die Tragfl ä-
chenrippen mit etwas Klebstoff an. (W4L wird für die linke Trag-
fl äche benötigt).
Try to fi t the rear edge of the ribs into the slots on W4R and make
sure the W11 is aligning to the side edge of W4R; drop some
instant glue to secure W4R in place. (W4L is the rear edge for
the left wing.)
Drehen Sie die Tragfl äche, so dass die Tragfl ächenunterseite
nach oben schaut. Positionieren Sie W11 (Servoschacht) an der
Tragfl äche und kleben es mit Sekundenkleber fest.
Turn the main wing up-side down. Try to fi t W11 onto the main
wing and secure it in place with some instant glue.
Kleben Sie W12 passgenau auf die Oberfl äche von W11 auf.
Try to fi t W12 on the top of W11 and drop some instant glue to
secure it in place.
Oberfl ächen Beplankung:
Legen Sie die Teile W13, W14 und W15 so wie oben abgebildet
auf die Arbeitsfl äche. Richten Sie diese bündig aus und sichern
diese mit etwas Klebstoff. Schleifen Sie Klebstoffreste und Un-
ebenheiten mit Schleifpapier sorgfältig ab.
Top planking:
Try to fi t W13, W14 and W16 in order. Make sure they are align-
ment and drop some instant glue to secure them in place. Use
sanding paper to trim the surface.
Stecken Sie W7-1 und W7 in den Hauptholm W2 und kleben
sie fest.
Fit W7-1 and W7 into W2 and drop some instant glue to secure
it in place.
Stecken Sie W6-1 und W6 links an den Hauptholm W2. Um die
beiden Bauteile richtig zu positionieren, nehmen Sie W6-2 als
Maß. Kleben Sie nun die Teile mit Sekundenkleber fest.
Fit W6-1 and W6 into W2. Use W6-2 as a gauge and secure
them in place with glue.
Befestigen Sie nun W10 mit genügend Sekundenkleber außen
an der Tragfl äche.
Try to fi t W10 onto the main wing and secure it in place with
some instant glue.
Beplankung Unterseite:
Legen Sie die Teile W13, W15 und W16 so wie oben abgebildet
auf die Arbeitsfl äche. Richten Sie sie bündig aus und sichern
diese mit etwas Klebstoff. Schleifen Sie Klebstoffreste und Un-
ebenheiten mit Schleifpapier sorgfältig ab.
Bottom planking:
Try to fi t W13, W15 and W16 in order. Make sure they are align-
ment and drop some instant glue to secure them in place. Use
sanding paper to trim the surface.
Platzieren Sie die Tragfl äche mit der Oberseite nach unten auf
dem Arbeitsplatz. Bestreichen sie sämtlichen vorderen Rippen,
die Hilfsleiste, den Hauptholm sowie den hinteren Holm mit Leim.
Place the main wing up-side down and spread the white glue
on all ribs.
Legen Sie die Unterseitenbeplankung auf die Tragfl äche auf und
achten Sie darauf, dass die Beplankung korrekt ausgerichtet ist.
Place the bottom planking on the main wing and make sure the
edges are alignment.
