Starting Loaded Operation

When air bleeding and discharge adjustment have been completed, the pump is ready for loaded operation.

See that the entire setting is complete, then start pump operation by pressuing the key.

*

For the operating and setting procedures, refer to 'Methods of Pump Operation' on page 33.

Suspension of Operation

•

Suspection of operation for a long time (over a month)

Before stopping the pump, run it with clear water for about 30 minutes to wash the liquid-contacting parts and

inside of the piping.

•

Resumption of operation

If the pump dose not suck or feed liquid when the power is turned on, clean the valve sets and remove the solids, if

any. If air enters the pump head, bleed it and readjust the discharge. (See pages 22~26.)
