Procedure for air bleeding in EH-B10, 15, 20, C15, and 20 types

Open the air vent valve to put the pump in operation.
The air vent valve can be opened when the air vent
adjusting screw is turned counterclockwise (about haif
a rotation).

In this state, leave the pump running for about 10
minutes to let the air out.
• Bleed air from the tube on the suction side and the
pump head, and fill them with water.

Close the air discharge port by turning the air vent
adjusting screw.

Finally, make sure that no liquid leaks from any part.

Procedure for air bleeding in EH-B30, C30, and C35 types
z
Return the tube connected to the fitting nut on the discharge side to the liquid tank or a drain plate.
• If the check valve is attached to the discharge side valve, it should be detached before the above step
z
.
Caution
Some types of liquid will damage skin and machine parts. If your hand or any of the pump parts is exposed to such
liquid, wipe it away immediately.

Run the pump for about 10 minutes to bleed air.

After letting the air out of the pump head and fitting the pump head with water, reconnect the discharge side tube to
the regular piping.

Finally, make sure that there is no leakage in any part.
