Maintenance of competence of the electrical maintenance technician

Adjustment of the proximity

If the film roll holder carriage finds it diffi cult

to stop in low or high point, there may be a

misalignment or failure of the proxim ity switch

shown in Figures 38.

Re-align the proximity switch by adjusting the

distance.

Correct distance 1-2 mm.

In the event of failure, immediately repla

ce them with ITALDIBIPACK original spare

parts.

Photocell adjustment and efficiency

check

The photocell indicated by the arrows in Fi

gures 39 allows reading the pal let presence

and the delay of the film roll holder carriage

to stop in ascent after the photocell is not

activated.
The relative adjustments can be made by

acting on the two Trimmers.
