Service requests
For any information required concerning machine use, maintenance, installation, etc.
ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A.
is always at the complete disposal of customers and/or machine
users.
Please ensure you ask clear questions with reference to the contents of this manual and
always quoting the information appearing on the machine nameplate.
For any communications with the service centre always quote the machine type, serial
number and year of manufacture, as this will enable us to identify the specific machine in
question; please define the nature of the problem if possible, e.g.: electrical, mechanical, or
process quality, illustrating the problem by filling in a photocopy of the «
SERVICE REQUEST
FORM
» enclosed with this manual.

Ordering spare parts
Through time, certain parts of the machine subject to wear will require replacement.
Customers can order any replacement parts required.
You must install exclusively genuine original parts.
When ordering spare parts please ensure you specify the following as clearly as possible:

Quantity required
To simplify and streamline the shipment of replacement parts, we recommend making your
orders by filling in a photocopy of the «
PARTS REQUEST FORM
» enclosed with this manual
