MACHINE DESCRIPTION
LEO Pallet Wrapper Robot
The machine operation is semi-automatic in that the
coupling, uncoupling and film cut at cycle end is carried out
by an operator.
The machine components are a carriage where a film roll
is mounted.
This type of carriage have a mechanical friction system to
tension the film.
A photocell is standard mounted on the film holder which
reads the height of the pallet to be wrapped.
Intended use
The machine is able to wrap pallets up to a maximum
height of 2000.
Limits of use
The electrical equipment works properly within the
ambient temperature limits b5°C and+40°C
and relative humidity limits not beyond 50% at 40°C
and not beyond 90% at 20°C.
The machine is not suitable for operation in the presence
of ionizing radiations and non (X-rays, Laser, Microwave,
UV-rays).
The machine must be stored at temperatures between
-5°C and +55°C.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
The machine cannot be used:
- In open spaces and/or exposed to
atmospheric agents
- In environments with over 50% of humidity
- In environments with corrosive and/or
abrasive steam, smoke or dust
- In environments with risk of fire or
explosion and where it is specified the use
of explosion-proof equipment
Machine equipment
The pallet wrapper robot is standard
equipped with electrical power supply
cable.
