- As above, the “Nominal test current” selection sets the test current and also the resistance
measurement range: 200 A for the 1 mOhm range, 80A for the 10 mOhm range, 25 A for the 100
mOhm range. After the current selection, the corresponding resistance range is displayed. Note that the
1 mOhm range is the typical one.
- As above, the “Test mode” selection allows to perform a single measurement, or to measure in
sequence the resistance of all CB contacts. If the selection is “Test on breaker phase”, it is possible to
specify the CB phase and contact under test; test results will be displayed in the summary table.
- The “show diagram” selection allows to watch the test result as a resistance vs. time diagram.
2.3.5.8 Results
During the test, test results can be stored in the memory (up to 500 results may be stored). At the end of
test, test results can be transmitted to a PC provided with TDMS. The software allows saving test
results, examining them and so on.
This selection allows operating on test results: pressing it, the following window is displayed.
