1.5 Applications not permitted
The Panel PC has not been designed and not been tested and so it is not
authorized for use different from the one described in “Application permitted”.
Particularly, but not limited to them, the Panel PC is not authorized for the
following applications:
•
use in an atmosphere potentially explosive;
•
use for radiology and medical purpose;
•
use on ships, aircraft and railways and other transports;
•
use in life support devices or systems;
•
use outdoor;
•
use in all the application or environment where the EMC and SAFETY
standards cited on the “Electromagnetic compatibility and safety” paragraph in
this manual are not applicable or not satisfactory that is where other or
additional standards must be applied.
1.6 Exclusion of Liability
I.P.S. Sistemi Programmabili reserves the right to make modifications to its
products without warning to improve features or design.
The information contained in this document is supplied only as reference for the
use of the product itself.
I.P.S. accepts no responsibility for the use of the information contained in this
document or the products cited in it.
Any reference to the compatibility with a PC (personal computer) does not warrant
that any kind of software, created for a PC, works well with the Panel PC without
fitting and/or modifying it.

The user should have considerations for data safety and integrity on the storage
devices (e.g. hard disk drive) and perform data backup.
I.P.S. accepts no responsibility for damage suffered by the User (including, but not
limited to this, that for loss of commercial profits, and interruption of activity and
similar) which derive from the data integrity on the storage devices.
