Use pliers to unscrew and remove the end piece

from the DC power cable

will come off as well.

Remove the existing fuse

from the DC power cable.
The spring

may come out of the DC power
cable when the fuse is removed.
3.
Ensure the spring is installed into the DC power cable.
4.
Seat the fuse into the tip

5.
Place the tip into the end piece

6.
Slide the assembly of fuse, tip and end piece into the
DC power cable.
7.
Tightly screw the end piece onto the DC power cable.
8.
Ensure proper cable function.
4.6 Replacing the Battery Pull Ring
1.
Lift the rounded end of the existing pull ring.
2.
Slide the existing pull ring out of its mount.
