This parameter shows/hides the

Control_ Mode +/-

communication object which lets change

the indoor unit mode by using two different datapoint types.

If set to

“no”

the object will not be shown.

If set to

“yes”

the

Control_ Mode +/-

object and a new parameter will appear.

DPT type for +/- Mode Object

This parameter lets choose between the datapoints

0-Up / 1-Down [DPT_1.008]

and

0-Decrease / 1-Increase [DPT_1.007]

for the

Control_ Mode +/-

object.

The sequence followed when using this object is shown below:

4.2.5 Enable use of bit-type Mode objects (for control)

This parameter shows/hides the bit-type

Control_ Mode

objects.

If set to

“no”

the objects will not be shown.

If set to

“yes”

the

Control_ Mode

objects for Auto, Heat, Cool, Fan and Dry will appear.

To activate a mode by using these objects a

“1”

value has to be sent.
