Next, manually install the Windows driver by following the below steps. This
is necessary for Windows to recognize the CN70 scanner.
Connect the scanner to the PC using a standard USB cable
On the PC screen, select “Start” on the desktop
From the Start menu, right click on “Computer” and select “Manage”
In the Computer Management screen select “Device Manager” from
the list of folders on the left hand side.
After selecting Device Manager a list of installed devices should
appear. Under one of the headings (Portable Devices, Mobile Devices,
or Other Devices) there should be a device labeled “Unknown Device”
or “Intermec Handheld” with a yellow exclamation point beside it.
