Part 2: Interfacing and Configuring

The MDriveAC Plus Microstepping features an open-drain Fault Output located at Pin 19 of the 19-pin M23
Connector P1. This is an impending over-temperature and over-temperature fault.

When the internal temperature of the device reaches the warning temperature set using the WARN TEMP Param-
eter, the output will pulse at 1 second intervals (1⁄2 second on, 1⁄2 second off).

When an over-temperature fault state is reached, the output will be on continually.
