3.3.19 External Audio Connector (J21)

J21 is a 12-pin header that is used to connect to the optional audio cable card that integrates
jacks for Line In, Line Out and Mic.

3.3.20 System Function Connector (J22)

J22 provides connectors for system indicators that provide light indication of the computer
activities and switches to change the computer status. J22 is a 20-pin header that provides
interfaces for the following functions.

Speaker: Pins 1 – 4
This connector provides an interface to a speaker for audio tone generation. An 8-ohm
speaker is recommended.
