Mounting the dosing pumps

Requirements

The machine has performed a controlled stop.

The pumps are pre--assembled, see chapter 9.2.3, page 9--5.

Dosing hoses with filling needles are connected.

NOTE

Hold the pump during transport so that the piston cannot slip out of the

pump.

Mounting

Place filling needle in filling needle holder.

Attach pump base to shaft support.

Screw in threaded bolt.

Hinge the piston in at the support bolt.

Screw in threaded bolt.

Check the pumps for firm seating and tightness.

Mount intake hose.

Repeat steps

through

for all pumps.
