Machine startup

The machine is installed and connected -- see chapter 2.4, page 2--4.

6.1.1

Preparing machine for operation

Preparatory operation

Verify format and adjust the machine mechanically to the desired format, if

required, see chapter 7.1, page 7--3.

Mode of procedure

Turn on POWER supply disconnecting device (main switch) on the control
cabinet (position “I”).

The lamps are tested. Replace defective lamps immediately.

Turn on compressed air supply on the compressed air supply disconnecting
device.

Eliminate any indicated faults and reset with control field

Switch on the control voltage.
