Lights

Activation

To activate the exterior lamp check:

•

Turn the key to the ON or ACC (Accessory)
ignition position.

•

All lights that will be checked must be turned
OFF.

•

The parking brake must be set.

•

Place the exterior lamp check switch in the ON
(up) position. The exterior lamp switch ON indicator will
then illuminate GREEN.

Deactivation

To deactivate the system, do any one of the following:

•

Press the exterior lamp switch to the OFF (down) position.

•

Move the ignition switch to the OFF or ACC (Accessory)
position.

•

Manually turn on lamps being checked with this feature.

•

Release the parking brake.

When the exterior lamp check system is deactivated the GREEN
indicator on the switch will turn OFF.
