Procedure
1.
If you are updating a single node configuration, connect a USB keyboard and
graphics-capable monitor to the server.
2. If you are updating a clustered configuration, verify that both Server A and
Server B are running:
v Yes , continue to step 3
v No , power on any servers that are not running, wait for the boot cycle to
complete, and then continue to step 3
3. At the Login prompt, type the user ID
ptconfig
and the password
ptconfig
press
<enter>
