Reviewing the Setup Menus
There are six main Setup menus. Refer to the table below for information
about their functions. Information about the selections that you can make in
each menu and about the default values for menu items can be found in
Table 1 on page 6–8.
The choices you make in some menus affect which subsequent options will
be available as you continue through the menus.
PRINTER SETUP Use this menu to specify the way print jobs are managed
on the printer.
QUEUE SETUP Use this menu to enable and disable the Print, Direct,
Hold, and Printed queues.
JOB LOG SETUP Use this menu to specify how the printer handles its log
of printed jobs.
CLEAR LOG /
QUEUES Use this menu to erase the job log and any jobs stored in
the printer queues.
SYSTEM SETUP Use this menu to specify settings such as time, date, and
printer name.
NETWORK SETUP Use this menu to specify all the active network systems
that will transmit print jobs to the printer.
EXIT SETUP Use this menu to exit the Setup menus.
