• When enabled, the
Printed queue
automatically receives
jobs that the Print
queue has finished
printing.
• This does not include
jobs printed using the

When AppleTalk and the
Printed queue are enabled,
Macintosh users can use
the Spooler utility to move
their own jobs from the
Printed queue to the Print
queue, Hold queue, or
delete them. To move jobs
belonging to others, the
printer password is

users of NT Workstation
and Server can use the
Spooler utility to move jobs
from the Printed queue to

specify here is the
maximum number of
jobs the Printed queue
will save at any one
time. When the
maximum is reached,
jobs are deleted on a
first-in-first-out basis.
• More jobs take up
more space on the
printer’s hard disk.
• If you want to decrease
the number of jobs to
be saved, you must
first delete any jobs
over the new limit
using the Spooler; or,
you can clear the
queue completely from
the operator panel.
