3.4 Receiving a Call
Answering an incoming call
When you receive a phone call, a message will appear, giving you an option to either answer
or ignore the incoming call.
1. Tap
Answer
, or press the
button on the front of your Pocket PC Phone.
2. Tap
Ignore
, or press the
button to silence the phone and reject the call. This may
route the call to your Voice Mail, depending on your service provider.
Ending a call
Once an incoming or outgoing call is in progress, you can press the
button on the front
of your Pocket PC Phone, or tap the
End
button in the Phone Dialer screen, to hang up.
3.5 In-Call Options
Putting a call on hold
Your Pocket PC Phone notifies you when you have another incoming call and gives you the
choice of rejecting or accepting the call, as mentioned above. If you are already on another
call, and accept the new call, you can choose to switch between the two callers, or set up
a conference call between all three parties.
1. Tap
Answer
to take the second call and put the first one on hold.
2. To end the second call and go back to the first one, tap the
End
button in the Phone Dialer
screen, or press the
button.
Swapping between calls
You can choose to switch back and forth between two callers by tapping the
Swap
button
in the Phone Dialer screen.
