7.2 Servicemessages and war-
nings
Service messages and warnings are shown
on the main screen in place of the HygroMa-
tik logo, when the cause has occured. When
tipping the display field, the unit info screen is
shown with the messages in plain text.
The sensivity threshold of the last three warn-
ing messages is set to the highest level ex
factory. Should the on-site conditions (e.g.
the water conductivity) lead to an unwanted
frequent occurence of the messages, the
sensivity can be reduced in the „Service“
submenu (s. section 6.8.4).

Cycles_main_
contactor X
The maximum number of oper-
ating cycles for the main con-
tactor X has been reached and
the main contactor should be
changed. (The device can con-
tain several main contactors. X
represents the designation
number of the main contactor
concerned.) The main contactor
should be changed.
After replacement, the
respective counter must
be reset with the parame-
ter
„Main_contactor_Kx_Res
et“
(x=number of main con-
tactor, 1...5) (also see
chapter 6.8.4.1 „Monitor-
ing and service mes-
sages“).
Warning_cyl._full
(only ELDB)
Electrode wear is very
advanced. Replace Electrodes.
Warning_pump A performance capability
decrease is detected in the
area of the blow-down pump
and its hosing.
Check area and clean. If
warning persists, replace
blow-down pump.
Warning_valve A performance capability
decrease is detected in the
area of the solenoid valve, cyl-
inder base and its hosing.
Check area and clean. If
warning persists check
cylinder base for lime
deposit.
