Troubleshooting
1
The three-phase
input switch on the
smart array
controller is not
powered on.
1.
The power supply to the upstream
box-type transformer of the
three-phase input switch is
abnormal.
2.
The three-phase input switch is
faulty.
1.
Use a multimeter to check
whether the power supply to the
upstream box-type transformer of
the three-phase input switch is
normal.
2.
Replace the three-phase input
switch.
2
The PID input
switch (QF03 or
QF05) is not
powered on.
1.
The PID input switch is faulty.
2.
The cable between the three-phase
input switch and the PID input
switch is loose or disconnected.
1.
Replace the PID input switch.
2.
Check whether the cable between
the three-phase input switch and
the PID input switch is loose or
disconnected. If yes, reconnect
the cable securely.
3
The PID module of
the smart array
controller is not
powered on.
1.
The grid three-phase input ports
for the PID module are
disconnected from cables or
loosely connected to cables.
2.
The power grid is disconnected
from power.
3.
The PID module is faulty.
1.
If the cable is loose or
disconnected, reconnect it
securely.
2.
Check whether power is available
to the power grid.
3.
Contact the dealer or Huawei
technical support.
4
The single-phase
input switch on the
smart array
controller is not
powered on.
1.
The power supply to the upstream
box-type transformer of the
single-phase input switch is
abnormal.
2.
The single-phase input switch is
faulty.
1.
Use a multimeter to check
whether the power supply to the
upstream box-type transformer of
the single-phase input switch is
normal.
2.
Replace the single-phase input
switch.
5
The PoE module is
not powered on.
The power cable of the PoE module
is loose or disconnected.
If the cable is loose or disconnected,
reconnect it securely.
6
The power adapter
or 24 V DC power
supply fails to
supply power.
1.
The input and output power cables
of the 24 V DC power supply are
loose or disconnected.
2.
The power adapter or 24 V power
supply is faulty.
1.
If the cable is loose or
disconnected, reconnect it
securely.
2.
Replace the power adapter or 24
V power supply.
