Virtual Media
This icon provides access to the virtual media feature.
Exit full screen
This icon enables you to exit full screen mode and return to the previously selected mode.
You can also press Esc to exit full screen mode.
Close Remote Console
This icon disconnects the remote console session.
Starting the .NET IRC
Use this procedure to access the remote console in a supported browser on a Windows client.
This remote console is not supported by Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox because these browsers do not support a ClickOnce
extension to launch .NET applications. As a workaround, choose a different remote console, or use a different browser.
Prerequisites
• Remote Console privilege
• A license that supports this feature is installed. For information about the available license types and the features they
support, see the licensing documentation at the following website: http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo-docs.
• The
Remote Console feature is enabled on the Access Settings page.
• A supported version of the Microsoft .NET Framework is installed.
• Pop-up blockers are disabled.
In some cases, you can bypass the pop-up blocker by
Ctrl+clicking the .NET Console button.
Procedure
1. Click Remote Console & Media in the navigation tree.
The Launch tab displays the remote console launch options.
2. Click the .NET Console button.
The remote console starts in a separate window.
3. Use the remote console features.
