Running PV4062.F
T o start PV4062.F, p erform the follo wing pro cedure:
1. T urn the system con troller on and b o ot the HP-UX system.
2. Log in as a sup eruser.
3. Change the curren t directory to the /usr/p cs/diag directory as follows:
# cd /usr/pcs/diag
4. En ter the HP BASIC/UX en vironmen t as follows:
# rmb
5. Load and run the PV4062.F program as follows:

6. Install the HP 16066A test xture adapter on the SWM.
Note
The test xture adapter (with no test xture installed) is used to hold the
W AFER PR OBER SENSE switch closed during this test (to enable the
SWM). If the test xture adapter is not a v ailable, press and hold the W AFER
PR OBER SENSE switch during this test.
W arning
The W AFER PROBER SENSE switch detects wherer or not the switching matrix
is positioned (lo w ered) atop the prober and enables output v oltage or current
from the measurement pins. If the W AFER PROBER SENSE switch is pressed,
dangerous dc v oltage exceeding 642 V may be present at the measurement
pins. Sev ere electrical shock will results if pins are touched.
