Before proceeding 

with the installation 

of the casing, make sure that all the cables and electrical 

connections to the automatic firing device have been fitted.

 Fit the thermal insulation mats (30, 30a, 30b, Fig. 35, page 31 and 5, 5a, 5b Fig. 24, page 23).

immersion sleeve (with boiler temperature sensors) and secure with the capillary 

support spring. Connect 

safety temperature limiter by fitting flat plug onto mounting tongues 1 and 2.

plinth rail) into the holes provided).

Fit the front cover (39) (must be fitted before installing the discharge hoses).

 Insert the right and left burner 

cover at the bottom (40, 40a) on the screw heads 

provided 

and 

press against 

the casing side panels at the top.

 Place the front 

burner cover (41) on the two supports (41a) 

and screw onto the protection plates (34a) at 

the top. Hook in the front hood (41b) (pay attention to the slots).

39.

 Put the earthing 

of the cable 

of the HFR motors on the earthing 

plates (Fig. 36, detail 

W). Screw cover plate 

(42) to both rear side walls and cover plate (42a) to the middle side wall (A).

NOTICE

For 35, 35a, 36, 36a, 37, 37a, 42 and 42a (Fig. 35), a serrated washer must be used for one of  the self-tapping screws (Fig. 37, detail X) (earth connection).
