The
gap between the
burner tube and
the
combustion chamber insulation is to
be
filled with the stuffing wool (7, Fig. 24, page 23) provided. Cut out a small piece of the red seal (16, Fig. 27).
NOTICE Caution:
Only
insert
stuffing
wool
at
the
top,
on
the
left
and
on
the
right.
The
gap
at
the
bottom
must
remain
free
to
allow
the
forward
and
backward
movement of the ash scraper
.

Remove the transport lock (10, Fig. 27, page 25) from the ash scraper
.

Screw 90
elbow (1
1a) into the burner tube coupling sleeve (1
1) and position it horizontal and towards the right. Screw in the primary air pipe (1
1b).
NOTICE The air pipe does not have to be sealed. Do not use hemp or
Teflon tape!
12.
Screw on the pressure fan with tube bend (12) (cylinder screw M5x20).
13.
Install burner mechanism (13).
Aligning the scraper linkage 14.
After the burner mechanism is installed, the scraper guide must be aligned.
15.
The scraper angle must be set so that the scraper can move smoothly along its entire range of movement with only a slight application of force.

Adjustment is performed using the screws on the linkage holder (14, Fig. 27, page 25).

o test
the setting, unlock the
linear actuator using the black
pushbutton (15, Fig.
28, page 25), which allows the scraper to
be moved all the way forward and
back again by hand.
18.
Insert the fan heater into the ignition tube.
