4.3 Fitting the thermal insulation

6. Attach the insulation mat (1, 1a, 1b, 1c) on the pins
provided on the front of the boiler and secure with
iso-clips (Fig. 25).
7. Attach the insulation mat (2, 2a, 2b) on the pins wel-
ded to the rear wall of the boiler and secure with the
iso-clips (Fig. 25) provided.
8. Place the insulation mat (3) around the water jacket
at the bottom and secure with tension springs (3a).
Observe the correct alignment!
The water jacket is not symmetrical.
9. Place insulation mat (4) around the top of the water
jacket (black side outwards) and secure with tension
springs (3a), two plastic straps (4a) and tape locks
(4, Fig. 24 and Fig. 26). Do not overtighten the straps
(reduced insulating value).
The remaining insulation mats are fitted prior
to the installation of the casing.
