15 Installing the I-Manager

If the tractor is equipped with ISOBUS, the machine can be directly connected with
the ISOBUS plug.

All other tractors must first be fitted with the basic equipment prior to the initial in-
stallation.

15.1 Installation on tractors without ISOBUS

equipment

For all tractors without ISOBUS equipment the basic equipment must be installed in
the tractor during the initial installation.

The cables for the basic equipment and the cable for the PowerPack must be directly
connected to the tractor battery.

NOTE

Malfunctions due to wrong connections.

Never connect the cables to any other plugs in the cab.

The cables must be protected against chafing and the insulation must not be dam-
aged.

All connections must have good contact with the battery. Assembly faults will lead
to voltage drop and indefinable error messages and failures.

WARNING

Danger of traffic accidents due to restricted view.

Mount the terminal so that the view of the road is not interfered with.
