Levelling
Let the tractor engine run with medium
speed.
Operate the “Lift” control and maintain the
pressure for a moment.
Retract the cylinder and repeat the proce-
dure.



Harrow
The harrow distributes harvest residues and
levels the ground behind the tines.
The harrow can be limited in depth and the
inclination of the tines can be adjusted to adapt
to the soil conditions.
Adjusting the harrow
The harrow arms are spring loaded and limited
in depth by the adjusting pins.
Adjusting the stop height
The inclination of the tines is adjusted at the rear
by means of a bolt. Depending on soil type and
the amount of harvest residues the tines should
be adjusted as steep as possible.
Adjusting the inclination
Adjust all possible adjustment identically.
Trouble shooting in case of leaking cyl-
inders
If several hydraulic cylinders are connected in
series for synchronization and one of the cylin-
ders leaks internally, the defective cylinder can
be localized with the help of a shut-off valve.
Use two shut-off valves to separate both sides
in the middle.
Switch the shut-off valve to flow and level the
cylinders (align and bleed).
Fully extend the cylinders and shut off the
hydraulic connection.
Check which side lowers furthest, then install
the shut-off valves between these lifting cylin-
ders and shut-off the cylinders individually.
Repeat this process until the cylinders do not
lower any further.
The cylinder shut off last is the defective
cylinder.
Dismantle the cylinder and replace the seal.
If you have a sufficient amount of shut-off valves
available, you can install valves between all
cylinders in one go, shut these off one after
the other, until the defective cylinder has been
found.







