MulchMix Pointers
As standard the tines are fitted with narrow coul-
ter points and narrow deflector plates.
These are suitable for deep cultivation.
They break up the soil with the coulter tips and
mix in harvest residues down to the cultivation
depth.
The points are available in a narrow and a wide
design and can be combined as desired.
Always support the machine with suit-
able means before starting any as-
sembly or maintenance work on tines
or points.

Tines
The TerraGrip tines are robust, of simple design
and suitable for all types of soil.
Due to the inclination of the tines long fibre harvest
residues can move up quickly and turn away.
In case of extreme vegetation residues additional
stalk deflectors can be installed.
The tines are available in rigid design or with trip-
release system.
The spring loaded trip-release system with a
tripping force of 250 to 450 kg prevents damage
to the tines, tine holder and points.
The stone release characteristic of the trip-re-
lease system keeps the tine at a constant depth
in the soil.
Once the trip force is reached the tine can easily
and quickly release up to 30 cm upwards.
The tines can be equipped with different point
shapes and widths to suit various operating
conditions.
TerraGrip Tines
Maintenance:
Retighten the tool carriers with 400 Nm after the
initial operating hours or after replacement.
