Always support the machine with suit-
able means and secure the lift cylinders
with spacers before starting any as-
sembly or maintenance work on tines
and coulters.
The point retaining wedges are captivated.
The locking device must be pressed in with an
unlocking tool before being able to hit the point
to remove it.
ClipOn point with unlocking tool
ClipOn system
The ClipOn points coulters are fastened to the
tine by means of a quick release system.
A tapered wedge for the coulter is bolted onto
the tine and the ClipOn coulter is then knocked
on and off with a hammer.
ClipOn coulters are available in widths of
7.5 - 37 cm for different applications. Deflector
plates can be installed for problematic harvest
residues and to protect the tines
