5. Connect the primary display to the display 1 connector of the DMS59 to the DVI/VGA converter. If

you are connecting a dual display, then connect the primary display in display 1 and secondary
display in display 2 of the nVIDIA NVS 315 card.

6. If you are using the VGA monitor, connect the VGA monitor cable to the DVI to VGA converter,

which is in turn connected to the DMS59 to DVI converter.

7. Secure any loose cables, and verify that all cables have proper strain relief.

Connect Icon Series console monitors

For systems that have three or four video outputs, the workstation uses the dual nVIDIA NVS 315 dual
display controller output with DVI (Digital) or VGA (Analog) interface monitors. This controller is
provided with DMS59 to DVI-I controller which can be connected directly to DVI (Digital) monitors. If
VGA (Analog) monitors needs to be interfaced then adding DVI to VGA converter to the existing DMS59
to DVI controller, provide the VGA connections.
