To capture the Key Server Manager event log:

On the Key Server, open Key Server Manager .

Select Event Log .

Click Export, select a destination and save the log file.
To capture the WCF capture file:
Step Action

From a command line prompt, type:
wcfcap <IP Address> <Login Name> <Login Password>

Select Save as… , select destination and save the file.
Authentication Device access to multinode
The authentication device can be used to read the IP Address or SSID of a multinode in
the case that it has been lost.
