11.4 Troubleshooting

11.4.1 SyCon abnormal connection

Is the serial port setting correctly?

Is the serial port used

in other program?

Is Power supplied to module?

Is the module lockup on module?

Is there a problem in Serial cable?

Is the environment appropriate with

standard specifications?

SyCon abnormal connection

Set the port of serial cable

connected with communication module.

Close the serial port in other program.

Connect the SyCon again.

Apply Power in module.

Install the module on slot correctly.

Check the serial cable.

Operate in environment prescribed

st standard specifications.
