HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE

CAUTION:

careful not to damage the piston sliding surface.

Push the dust seal and piston seal in and lift them

Remove the O-ring.

Clean the seal grooves, caliper cylinder and piston
with clean brake fluid.

INSPECTION

CABLE LOCK BRAKE

Remove the shaft boot and the brake shaft.

Check the shaft and base threads

for

wear or dam-

age.

HYDRAULIC BRAKE

Check the caliper cylinder and piston for scoring,
scratches

damage.

Measure the caliper cylinder
