Stabilizer Jacks (Optional for Fifth Wheel)
Stabilizing jacks, located at the two rear corners on the fifth
wheel or at all four corners on the travel trailer, are permanently
attached and operated from a standing position. These jacks are
for stabilizing only. Primary leveling should be done with wheel
ramps and fifth wheel front landing legs for the fifth wheel. For
the travel trailer, primary leveling should be done with wheel
ramps and travel trailer tongue jack. Lower the stabilizing jacks
by turning the cranks clockwise until they contact the ground
firmly. Place wooden blocks under the pads if necessary. Raise
jacks by turning the cranks counterclockwise.
