Ambu-bag Basket
WARNING:
Ensure that the Ambu-bag basket is present, and positioned rearward.
Failure to do so could result in interference with the bed being raised or
lowered. Possible personal injury or equipment damage could occur.
Do not position the Ambu-bag basket over the sleep surface.
Portable Suction Pump Holder
WARNING:
Ensure that the portable suction pump is not positioned over the sleep
surface. Failure to do so could result in interference with the bed when
the head section is raised or lowered. Possible personal injury or
equipment damage could occur.
Do not position the portable suction pump over the sleep surface.
Device Attachments to the IV Poles
WARNING:
Ensure that all devices are positioned properly. Failure to do so could
result in interference when the bed is raised or lowered. Possible
personal injury or equipment damage could occur.
When the cart is attached to the bed, do not position devices such as infusion
pumps over the sleep surface.
Latch Mechanism
Coupling the CarePorter™ Cart to a Bed or Stretcher
WARNING:
Ensure that all equipment and attachment devices are oriented properly
and secure before docking the CarePorter™ Cart to the bed/stretcher.
Failure to do so could result in personal injury or equipment damage.
Adjust the power equipment shelf to the designated height for the type of bed
or stretcher to be coupled to, as indicated by the label on the front panel of the
CarePorter™ Cart.
