WARNING:
Before working under the raised section of the bed, set the brakes, and
install the hilow cylinder safety brace. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury or equipment damage.
1. Set the brake pedal to the brake position.
2. Using the hilow function, raise the bed to the high position and install the
hilow cylinder safety brace.
3. Place the On/Standby switch to the Standby position.
WARNING:
Unplug the bed from its power source. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury or equipment damage.
4. Unplug the bed from its power source.
5. Disconnect the battery pack (refer to procedure 4.1).
6. Using the 1/2" hex head wrench, remove the bolts (D), and lockwashers (E)
that secure the roller bumper assembly (C) to the bed (see figure 6-5 on
page 6-17).
