NOTICE
Remove any hard or caked deposits with a
special cleaner
With hard or caked deposits, use the cooling coil
cleaner from HEYLO. Ensure that you follow the
cleaning instructions on the product.
c) Let the cleaned components dry.
d) Mount the safety covers in the same way as
they were installed at the factory.

You have now cleaned the evaporator.
Inspecting the electrical system
DANGER
Touching electrically live parts can be fatal
Improper or inadequate inspection and mainte-
nance can lead to device components becoming
live during operation due to a defect.
a) Inspection of the electrical system should only
be conducted by a qualified electrician.
b) After the work has been completed, install and
test all the safety devices as intended.
a) Check all the device’s electrical components
visibly for signs of external damage, loose con-
tacts and contamination. Remove the safety
cover in order to inspect the internal wiring.
Remove any external contamination with a lint-
free cloth and replace any defective or dam-
aged components.
b) If used commercially in Germany: Conduct an
annual DGUVV3 examination in accordance
with the Berufsgenossenschaft (trade associa-
tion) requirements and keep a record of it.

The inspection of the device’s electrical system
is now complete.
18.2 Cleaning the pump sump
Depending on the way the device is used, deposits
may form in the pump sump after a while. To clean
the pump sump, proceed as follows:

a) Switch off the device at the device switch and
pull out the mains plug.
b) Open the safety cover at the front of the device.
c) Loosen the pump’s two fixing screws and pull
them out of the device sideways.
Remove the condensate hose. The connection
cable will remain on the device, it is long
enough.
d) Clean the pump with a damp cloth and a mild
detergent.
e) Slide the pump back into place and secure it
with the two fixing screws.

The pump sump is now cleaned.
