The continuous operating mode will start and
the unit will run until continuous operating
mode is interrupted by the automatic defrost
(the yellow indicator light displays the defrost
mode).
The device is now switched on.
Switching the device off.
a)
Turn the device switch to position [0].
The light in the device switch will go out.
The device is now switched off.
NOTICE
Downtimes
You must drain off the condensate before switching
the device off during planned and longer device
downtimes.
Pumping out the condensate
The device is not in defrost mode (the yellow
indicator light has gone out).
a)
Turn the device switch to position [II] and moni-
tor the pumping on the device.
The condensate pump will start and convey
the condensate through the condensate
drain hose into the drain or a collecting ves-
sel.
b)
As soon as condensate stops flowing out of the
condensate drain hose, turn the device switch
immediately to position [0] to prevent the pump
running dry.
You have now pumped off the condensate and
turned off the device.

16.1
Operating the external hygrostat
A hygrostat is installed on the nozzle provided
at the rear of the device.
The device is now ready for operation.
a)
Set the hygrostat to the desired target humidity.
b)
Turn the device switch to position [I].
The device will begin dehumidifying.
The device will switch itself off as soon as the
set target humidity is reached. The device will
remain in a state of operational readiness. If the
target humidity is exceeded, the device will start
again.

Faults
Observe the following principles if you looking for the
causes of faults and want to eliminate them:
These tasks may only be carried out by trained and
authorized specialists.
Any interventions may only be carried out by the
manufacturer or by persons authorized by the manu-
facturer during the statutory warranty period.
a)
Let the evaporator defrost.
b)
Wear suitable protective clothing.
c)
Before recommissioning, install all the safety
devices as attached at the factory.
d)
Check that the safety devices function properly.
e)
After completing the task, remove all tools and
objects from the working area around the de-
vice.
