6. Remove the HPE Smart Storage Battery if it is installed on the air baffle (Remove the HPE Smart Storage Battery).

7. Remove the air baffle.

Install the air baffle

Procedure

1. Insert the guide pins on the front edge of the air baffle into the holes located on the rear edge of the fan cage.

2. If applicable, reinstall the HPE Smart Storage Battery on the air baffle (Installing the HPE Smart Storage Battery).

3. Install the access panel (Install the access panel).

4. Install the system into the rack (Installing the system into the rack).

5. Power up the system (Power up the system).
