Peripheral equipment

The scope of the service work for each peripheral
unit is summarized in a checklist. All checklists can
be found in the chapter ”Checklists for peripheral
units”.

Please refer to the unit supplier’s documentation for
a precise specification of the maintenance work to be
done on the peripheral units (e.g. compressors, cen-
tral air supply and accessories).

The optimum value preservation of the peripheral
units is achieved by regular and thorough mainte-
nance and cleanliness. Please follow these instruc-
tions.

Check the peripheral units at regular intervals: For
example the cooling air ducts of the main driving mo-
tor for powder dust and ink deposits. Remove the
deposits with dry blast air and a brush. Avoid lubri-
cant accumulation on the floor and on components.
