Troubleshooting

If you encounter any problems, please first check through
the following list:

S

Power supply OK?

S

All connected cables for scales and peripherals un­
damaged?

S

Plugs correctly attached on peripherals?

S

Connected sensors in correct positions and working?

If you encounter problems that you cannot remedy with
the aid of this manual, please collate as much informa­
tion as possible detailing the problem.

If possible, try first to determine the conditions under
which it occurs. Determine whether the fault is repro­
ducible - that is, whether it recurs under identical condi­
tions.

The following information is also essential to effective
troubleshooting:

Device serial number

S

Exact designation of the device, identifiable from the
power-up notice

S

Exact wording of all error messages appearing on the
display

S

Exact designation (type) of connected peripheral de­
vices linked to the problem (e.g. scale type, printer
model, etc.).
