ASSEMBLING THE HANDWHEEL HANDLE (FIG. G)
Thread the handwheel handle (1) into the handwheel
hole (2), and then tighten the nut against the handwheel
with a 10 mm wrench.
NOTE:
If the handle bolt becomes loose, remove
the plastic end cap and this will allow you to tighten
securely.

INSTALLING THE REAR TABLE EXTENSION
(FIG. H, H-1)
1. Insert the two rear table extension tubes (2) into the
rear table extension (1).
NOTE:
They must be inserted into the back of the
extension with the bent end last so that the bar will
hold the extension in place. (Fig. H)
2. Snap two black plastic stops (4) from hardware bag
#D, over the two rear table extension tubes (2).
Make sure the locating pin in the black plastic stops
fits into the matching hole in the extension tube.
This will ‘lock’ the tube into the extension.
3. Insert the rear table extension tubes (2) into the two
extension tube brackets under the table (3). Position
the rear table support so the hole for the rubber pad
(5) is between the extension and the table. (Fig. H-1)

SETTING UP THE STAND (FIG. A, B, E)
1. Remove the band (23) and then release the stand
lock hook (17) from both sides of the stand, by
sliding it away from the stop screw (20). (Fig. A)
2. Raise the cover (1) first and pull the locking handle
(2) out. (Fig. E)
3. Step on the pedal (5-Fig. E) and pull the stand
upward until it is fully unfolded.
4. Release the locking handle (2) to lock the stand into
position. Lower the cover (1). (Fig. E)
NOTE:
Make sure the stand is locked securely.
5. Place the stand on a level surface and adjust the
left rear leveling pad (16-Fig. B) so that all legs are
contacting the floor and are at a similar angle to the
floor.
NOTE:
Make sure the table saw is locked securely
in position. Adjust the levelling pad to make sure the
table saw is totally stable.
FOLDING THE STAND (FIG. E, F)
1. Raise the cover (1) first and pull the locking handle
(2) out. (Fig. E)
2. Push downward on the stand slowly, as illustrated.
3. Release the locking handle (2) to lock the stand into
position. Lower the cover (1). (Fig. E)
4. Rotate the stand hook (3) onto the stop screw (4)
and place bands to secure the stand legs into
position. (Fig. E)
5. Lock the cam locking lever (7) by pushing it in
downward. (Fig. F)
NOTE:
For convenient storage, there are two stand
up supports (6) in the right side of the table saw for
supporting the table saw when not in use. (Fig. E)
