2.12 ELECTRICAL SAFETY
1. Have only a qualified electrician supply power. All
wiring should comply with ANSI/NFPA 70 electri-
cal requirements.
2. Make certain that the Clod Hopper is properly
grounded at the power source.
3. Make certain that all electrical switches are in the
OFF position before connecting power to the Clod
Hopper.
4.
Turn machine OFF, shut down and lock out
power supply (safety lockout devices are avail-
able through your Harriston dealer parts de-
partment) and wait for all moving parts to stop
before servicing, adjusting, maintaining or re-
pairing any part of the electrical system.
5. Disconnect power before resetting any motor
6. Replace any damaged electrical plugs, cords,
switches and components immediately.
7. Do not work on Clod Hopper electrical system un-
less the power cord is unplugged or the power
supply is locked out.
