Dishwasher detergents, rinse aids and dishwasher salts

Dishwasher detergents, rinse aid and
dishwasher salt can be damaging to the

Never use the water inside the appli-
ance as drinking water.

Add dishwasher detergent
Only use dishwasher detergent which is in-
tended specifically for dishwashers.

1. Push the blue fastener of the compart-
ment for dishwasher detergent/multi-
tabs (24) to one side.
The cover will move to one side and the
compartment will become visible.

2. Add dishwasher detergent to the dish-
washer detergent compartment (24).
3. Push the cover of the compartment closed
so that the closure clicks into place once
again.
Use multitabs

Many multitabs already contain dishwash-
er detergent, dishwasher salt and rinse aid,
meaning that you do not need to use these
three products separately. In this case, you
can ignore the display readings saying “Add
rinse aid” (5)“ and “Add dishwasher salt”
(2).
If your water is in the
– “soft” to “medium” hardness range, multi-
tabs will deliver good results.
– “hard” range, we would recommend that
you do not use multitabs and instead use
dishwasher detergent, dishwasher salt and
rinse aid individually.
